All inclusive program
Our language summer camp is an all-inclusive program designed to provide your child with a comprehensive language learning experience. As a parent, you don’t have to worry about a thing. We take care of everything from accommodations to meals and activities, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your child is in good hands. Our experienced staff will ensure that your child has a safe and enjoyable stay while improving their language skills.

BLI guarantees the highest quality in the programs we offer. All of our classes are led by experienced, professional, and certified instructors.
Our strong communicative based curriculum is specifically designed to teach and motivate young learners and keep them interested in our classes. It makes learning what it should be: FUN! All the topics are carefully thought out, are age-appropriate, and are aimed toward teenagers and their interests.
We keep our class sizes small, capping them at 18 students per session and grouping them by age. Students get the individual attention they need.
Classes take place either at our main campus in the heart of Montreal or in our annex; both locations are easily accessible by public transport – only a five minute walk from a subway station.
During the morning, students study general English and French within the context of the day’s theme. In the afternoon, they work together with their classmates to create and present projects.
DAILY WORKSHOPS
Our workshops encourage linguistic autonomy, flexibility and results! Working with each other and their teacher, students will be given a project to be completed and presented each day.

Accommodation
Enjoy The Best Experience
Our homestay program is designed to give you an authentic experience of the local culture and way of life. To achieve this, we have partnered with several local families who will open up their homes and provide you with a comfortable and safe place to stay. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily life of a local family, learn their customs, and make new friends.
Each of our host families has been carefully selected and screened to ensure that they can provide you with a high-quality homestay experience. They are welcoming and friendly, and they will go out of their way to make you feel at home.
All host families are located about 45-75 minutes from the campus by public transportation. This is intentional, as we want you to experience life in a real residential neighbourhood. Public transportation is readily available, safe, and reliable, making it easy for you to get around and explore the local area.
Our homestay program is a fantastic way to experience the local culture and make new friends while enjoying comfortable and safe accommodations.

Overview
Meals
As a part of our homestay program, all meals will be provided throughout your stay. This is an excellent opportunity for you to experience the local cuisine and dining customs and enjoyed with your host families.
Canadian breakfast is typically a quick meal, consisting of cereal and toast, and this will be the typical breakfast provided by your host family. You will then be given lunch, which will vary depending on the family, but you can expect a sandwich, wrap, or another light meal. Your host family will prepare your lunch for you.
Dinner is a special time for families to come together, share stories, and enjoy a delicious meal. You will have the opportunity to eat dinner with your host family each evening, and they will prepare a variety of Canadian and international dishes for you to enjoy. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the local cuisine and dining customs, as well as to practice your language skills and build meaningful relationships with your host family.
Amazing activity program
With plenty of attractions to discover, local markets and lots of incredible festivals to enjoy, Montreal is the best bilingual city in which to spend the summer and have fun. Flap participants will have a fantastic educational and life experience, all while making friends from around the world.
Great weekend excursions and fun everyday after-school activities make for enjoyable learning opportunities. The summer activity program includes biking, rafting, rock climbing, shopping, sightseeing, visits to the Biodome, the Biosphere, the Botanical Gardens, a sugar shack, and weekend tours to Toronto, Niagara Falls, Quebec City, and more.

We understand the importance of providing a safe and secure environment for our campers. That’s why we ensure that all of our students have 24/7 supervision during their stay with us.
Our dedicated team of camp monitors are available around the clock to provide assistance and support to our campers whenever they need it.
Whether it’s helping with anything they might need, organizing fun activities, or simply being a friendly presence, our staff is always there to ensure that each camper feels comfortable and secure.
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and inclusive community for all of our campers, where they can feel free to express themselves and make new friends.
With our 24/7 supervision, parents can rest assured that their child is in good hands and will have an unforgettable experience at our language summer camp.
Transportation
The safety and convenience of our campers are our top priority. While homestay students are expected to travel independently to and from their host families’ homes, we ensure that they are always accompanied during our daily activities.
During our daily activities, homestay students will always be accompanied by our staff members or trained chaperones. This provides an additional layer of safety and ensures that students can fully participate in the activities without worrying about transportation or other logistical issues.
At the end of the day, our goal is to provide our campers with a safe, fun, and memorable experience. We believe that our homestay program is an excellent way for students to immerse themselves in the local culture, make new friends, and develop lifelong skills.
Upon arrival, each student will receive an opus card, which is included in the price of the camp and allows them to use public transit in Montreal for the duration of their stay. With this card, students will have unlimited access to public transit and will be able to travel around the city with ease.
